I have been out 5 times since Jan 1st with nothing to show for it.  Usually by now i have a few old ones but until yesterday i had nothing and covered a little over 30 miles. Finally found one yesterday and it was an old 4 point side but it was still in pretty good shape.  Probably wont get out for a week or so now with the snow but im happy to finally be on the board with something.  Good luck to everybody looking!

I also found this frozen black racer snake while out looking.

 

 

Put on a ton of miles so far this year and am probably around 70-80 at this point.  I hope to start finding some more now that the snow is almost all melted off.  Good luck to everybody still looking!!!

Thanks Sam!! I had another great day on Tuesday and found 7 more for the day including my new biggest to date. Also went out on sat and got two more.

I'm heading back out tomorrow and i hope to get a few more good ones.  I think this might be my last weekend really looking. I usually look while turkey hunting but don't find much in the areas that i turkey hunt.  Good luck to anybody still looking!!

Thanks!! Slowed down in April and only got out two more times but i did get 7 more including a real nice 4 point side and my first hanger shed ever.

That brings my count up to 32 for the year and my personal best.  Maybe find another one or two during turkey season but if i don't ill still be happy where im at for the year.
