Finished off the rabbit season with a strong finished. Spent the day kicking piles and ended up with 10 in the bag.

Wow, nice job, Congrats!  It was a nice day to be out...I made it out for a few hours but didn't see any rabbits.  Did see some good deer numbers though. Now waiting on May 1st!

We tried crow hunting for a little bit but decided to go back after the rabbits. Hopefully hitting the honkers tomorrow

No bunnies for me today. But I did get some firewood cut.

I haven't jump shot a rabbit in many years, but back in the day I always loved jumping brushpiles.

 

Those bunnies come flying out from under the brush like they are jet propelled, making for some FUN shooting !!

 

Good job !! You have some good eating there.

 

I just had roast rabbit for my supper last night and I have some leftover to nibble on for lunch today.
