 I was expecting to see a buck with giant swollen testicles when I opened this post.

As long as that doesn't spread to his "horn", he should be ok,lol

 It does looks like a testicle is growing instead of a horn lol. In the first picture it looks like something hanging down from the right side horn, and even that horn looks weird.

Looks like the antler was broken and now it is growing funny. You can see the break in the 2nd picture.
