So when do hunting licenses go on sale..

Sorry guys I'm really outta the loop this year. When do they go on sale and what do we have to do now to hunt with crossbows?

Aug 4 sales of licences. ..and xbow regs I'm not sure yet either. I know it's last 2 weeks of archery season...

Always thought is was the second Monday of August, when license went on sale.

I think with bow certification, for crossbow use, you need to fill out a form prepared by DEC and carry it with you.

Yeah, it certifies your filled out the crossbow form, LOL.

 

I'm glad the DEC updated when licenses go on sale on their web site. Maybe to busy slamming a bear season through. My head is still spinning, LOL

Im a little confused too. Normally I get my lifetime tags in the mail by the 24 or 25 but so far neither me or my father has gotten them yet.
