virgil
It looks like I'm about to purchase a new hunting property. I still haven't sold my current land and would like to lease it for the coming season. Does anyone have any idea about lease rates? It's 20 acres in Cortland county, surrounded by State Forest. Has a small cabin on it.
NeverSeenNorHeard
I'll hunt it in exchange for maintenance on the property or on the cabin...
MACHINIST
If its just hunting rights I usually see anywhere from 5$ all the way up.8-10$ is a pretty decent price for a land that has a farm on or near it.Are you renting the cabin out also? What state forest is it near? rotorooter23
Is this on snyder hill rd?
phade
I suspect that you could get more with the cabin. 20-25 an acre easy.

rotorooter23
I live in Marathon... just pay attention to whatrs for sale and what not. Try to keep myself educated with what goes on around the area, Snyder hill has a lot of state land... Kinda put two and two together with your name and all...
