Bushnell cam issue, any idea?

I've had this cam one yr. When I turn it on it says wait the lock then it goes to the menu to change settings but it wont take a pic. Any idea? I called there customer service an they said to mail it in so I thought id ask before I send it in. Thanks for the help.

I had a problem like that with a moultrie last year. It ended up being the SD card that had another camera file on it so it corrupted the camera. Had to do a factory reset and clear the SD completely of all files and it worked again. Maybe try that?

Is the SD card locked?

Idk im having a problem too. I just got a cam and it doesn't take pic and neither does my old one. Maybe its my sd card.

Try to format the card.  Or try another one.

That looks like all it is. I asked the guy at Bushnell if it could be the card and he says I don't think so. Thanks everyone!
