Sitka blacktails were the next  target on my list  back when I was doing out of state hunts....

Unfortunately, age and  $$$$  ran out before I made that hunt..

They are supposedly the very best tasting venison of all the NA species..They also make beautiful  mounts because they have IMHO the prettiest capes of all the deer species...
