Treating My Ass

Recommended Posts

Been using the conventional hot seats while hunting for many years, they can become a bit uncomfortable if sitting on a cold log or wet ground for extended periods of time. I am going to try and give my Butt a break with a bit better seat this season so I picked up something different to try. Used it a couple of times Squirrel hunting and it is pretty good so far.

I thought you were going to show us how you use Preparation H !

BWHAHAHA! When I made up the title I knew it was going to get some laughs, and for the record my ass really loves it.

Anyone still using one of these ?

The seat I have been using the past few years is an updated version of that old hot seat pillow type, it works great for short sits but after a while it compresses and loses it's loft. The woods I hunt was logged off and there are a lot of stumps and logs I use to sit on and watch, this new seat seems to be more comfortable for me so far.

I use a smaller rectangle shaped one that has the same camo pattern and black material on the bottom. I just slide it inside my coverall when I'm still hunting. I just take it out when I find a spot I want to sit in ambush mode. Its not quite as thick as yours but it does the job and very comfy. I use that because I dont really like having something hanging behind me. If you are going to sit in one spot for a long time then the one you posted would be much better.
