Since the leaves are down I’m not seeing deer .i think I’m making too much noise .

im thinking of going over today before gun season starts in a week and taking the path off ..

I’ll be making a ton of noise doing it but will it mess the area up for the rest of the season ?

I would never use a blower near or during deer season, but I do rake even the week of.  I choose a windy day where noise level is already high, and I watch as I rake.  Basically, move like I would when I still hunt.

If I don't rake the depth of leaves getting to my stands and blinds would certainly get me busted.  I do rake and clear preseason, so any other rakes are maintenance.

Deer are pretty nosy. I think that if your tree stand is close to your house or another popular area they could get used to noise and then not flinch when you're making extra noise.
