I really enjoy making these things and their associated accoutrements. I'm old and retired but it helps keep me in the game. The concept for this site is a good one but there doesn't seem to be a lot of participation so I thought this subject might draw some out of the shadows.I love this state and Have hunted it for seventy + years, I just hate what the filthy socialists have done to it!

Awesome! Just curious ... whay 62? Do you have a rifle of that caliber too?

Well, yes I so, both a rifle and a fowling gun, but many many, moons ago a man saw some things I was making, relating to that time period and said "You should be making guns" and gave me a barrel, a block of wood, and a lock that didn't work. That pistol is the end result and I was hooked!
