Electric knives

I have had good luck with the Mr. Twister knife..

However, I use it mainly for cleaning fish, rather than general meat carving or butchering chores.

I have same one, saltwater version and it works great on fish but never tried anything else

I also have the Mr Twister electric knife. I have cleaned tons of fish with it and it still works great and is still pretty sharp. I never did Bullheads with it. Just Pan Fish and Walleyes...

A friend of my father showed me how to fillet ,with an electric knife, back in the 70's. I never thought it would catch on.

I think its faster and the blades stay sharp. I still have the original blade set on mine and the last time I used it, after doing tons of fish, they still work good.

You have two serrated blades going in a sawing motion as opposed to one thin straight edge being pushed through bones. No nicks and dings on the blade.
