bowaholic
My girlfriend and I went shed hunting yesterday for a couple hours. When we got back to the car I had two ticks on me, one on my pack and she had two on her. So much for the cold killing them! In all my years of hunting fishing and trapping I've only ever had one tick on me ever. Gives you the creepy crawlies knowing there is that mew tick super disease that gets you sick within minutes of being bit and is crazy deadly.... Nomad
I just finished the meds. for Lyme disease . Had a tick on me 4 on the dog, he was exposed to Lyme disease last year but it has not shown yet. I know 3 people in Webster that had it and several dogs in my Neighborhood as well. If a human get a tick its automatic that you get the meds as it's so prevalent here. They can't test you for one month but start the meds right away. Not sure what you mean by "on her" but if it was biting her she needs to call her DR. Edited May 7, 2015 by Larry302
