I'm getting so much done ..love it...planted grapes and an apple tree...put down the DE to hopefully kill the borers...cleaned out cages around the other apples...Starks finally got flat rate shipping, so ordered 2 peach tree to replace the old worn out ones...and Mr.B. bless his heart put the York rake on. I am headed down to rake rocks...and that will take me a few days ...I started hand raking leafs off a small plot and shored up two turkey blinds...plus opened up 0ne and a half trails for the Gator.. also planting peas...need to get garden till before next rain... have a great day..

Wondered about what to do with the pool sand that protected the base of my pool liner. The space can be used for more garden space, but there is quite a bit of sand to move or get rid of. Any benefit to just roto tilling the sand into the soil? seems like it would keep the soil less compacted and promote veggie growth...just wondering.

Not sure about the sand...I'd have took look a couple of things up.

Rocks rocks everywhere.... the tractor's bucket is in for repairs...Mr. B must have had some heavy snow loads for the steel ripped...so I'll be out hand shoveling lots of piles I left in the field...glad the Gator has an auto dump bed...in for a break...the sun gave me a whopper headache....just not use to seeing and feeling so much sun yet...lol

Agreed. I got my back yard plot mostly done Sunday. Earliest I've planted. Hopefully it works out. I have way more work to do on the big plot and didn't wanna mess around circling back to plant later. I have thur and fri off to focus on the big plot project!!!
