I've seen the pluck and skin methods. As well as the breast harvest method.....

Personally as I will be the only one eating I am planning to do a breast harvest.

What should I do with the remains?

Garbage bag and out with the daily trash? Freeze it till garbage day?

if you have curbside pickup, throw them in the can and seal till pickup day, watch out the window when the garbage men show up and break the seal...........entertainment at it's finest

My carcasses go in the bone pile for other critters to enjoy the remains.

Don't forget to cut off the legs and thighs too.  Good eating, especially on the BBQ!
