BellR
Apple butter is one of my favorite ways to use up a surplus of apples. We made a bunch in the crock pot last year and are still enjoying the last of it.
Al Bundy
Smoothies/juice whatever you want to call it. throw apples, some bananas or other fruit in blender, add some milk or yogurt or coconut juice or ??. Liberally add honey from your hives if you got any and blend it all up. good stuff. This year was a banner year for my apples trees and this is what I been doing. OK wife been doing... VT Outfitter
Dehydrate them with a dehydrator to carry a snack while hunting. I like pineapple, appricots, M&Ms, and cashews in a mix with the fruit all dehydrated.
Curmudgeon
I have a steamer/juicer and make 20-25 gallons of organic apple juice each winter on top of a wood cook stove.
