How To lose your flowering trees...

Have a cold snap then let it get spring time warm in Dec...My Magnolia's all have catkins opening and I have several species of trees budded out green....Not good we have a reflow of sap and then freezing temps...I believe we'll be looking at crack damage..besides loosing fruiting buds

My daffodils and other bulb flowers are up too

All my hog radish and turnips have put on more greens...Saw a picture on channel 13 news...Christmas lights on an out side tree and rose bush with full flowers infront of it...

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the magnolias set their buds in the late fall for blooming in early spring. I don't think there will be any damage to the tree from the warm fall weather. If anything, a harsh winter like last year would have a more damaging effect on it.

Been cutting down quite . a few trees for next years fire wood also doing hinge. Cutting on some younger trees. A lot of sap has been running out of them all.

Also noticed that the clover is growing pretty good in this weather we have been having.
