Steve D
Right from the link: 1) A pilot of the re-certification process will begin in January of 2015.2) The Pilot Counties will be Albany, Schenectady and Fulton.3) 500 invitations to re-certify will be sent out to each of the pilot counties. I guess my question would be has anyone from the three counties listed for the PILOT programed been contacted to go through the process??
