Today's Buffalo News sports section, "Outdoors" page.   "Catch Of The Week" picture of the young lady and her trophy sized yellow pike.

 

A VERY close relation to our own "turkeyfeathers",  she has already eclipsed his largest 'eye!

All I can say is:

 

"You have reached your quota of positive votes for the day"

 

I need to talk to the management here about the paltry "likes" quota I'm allotted.

You know, I thought that picture looked familiar but I couldn't remember from where.

That's pretty sweet to have your fish showcased in the Sunday paper!

Don't know how I missed this post . Thanks all.  I woke her up yesterday morning holding up the paper. She was very pleased. Hopefully winds will be lower than forecasted for Saturday as we plan on heading out again.

I did post how refreshing it is to have young ladies involved in hunting and fishing. And how cool it is she made the paper. But it got lost here somewhere.
