The past Big Game cameras all had the control function buttons on the inside, sealed from enviroment. I don't understand why a company would want them external. Costs should be higher to produce.

The market place is expanding for other usage other than trail cams. Maybe for inside use only.

There is a latch that covers the buttons. External buttons can be made that works. This cam has a rubber gasket that stops short on both sides, causing leak.

Replacement cam is working well. Good day pics and decent night images. A little washout on deer up close at night but not bad. Acceptable at price point.

Bought a second cam today after the replacement has been working out- the second one leaks as well. That cam is getting returned. Simply too much of a gamble to get a cam that doesn't leak.
