Caterpillars

So, did anybody see any caterpillar infestations this year ..... tent caterpillars? ...... Gypsy Moth Caterpillars?

I didn't see a single one this summer. Not even one. I am used to seeing an annual attack on my fruit trees of one or the other or both, but not this year.

Also, I thought I was going to escape the Japanese Beetles this year. They were late, but they eventually showed up. I beat them back again this year.

A few tents on the walnuts and pussy willow. A bug is stinging the oak leaves last year and this.

Yes we had some but nothing like past years...and they seemed to hatch early and hit the tree tops early...found most cutting trees this year ,instead of covering the trunks in the spring...right now I have some little worms tenting up in the fruit trees
