stoneam2006
I been thinking about xbow law alot. Was talking to a buddy about it who's Anti xbow and a question came up.If someone owns a property and wants to hunt bow season but for some reason cannot hunt with trad equipment but has an xbow should they be allowed to use it. I know what current law is.Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
Core
I say no for the same reason they can't use gun during bow season.

Nomad
If they can't use trad / compound , can't they get a medical release to use Xbow ? My shoulders are putting me close to that line ...,, Oh I'd be surprised if this doesn't turn into a debate .
grampy
Yes, but I feel that full inclusion should have been passed last year. I also feel that ANYONE, hunting with a crossbow should have to take the Bowhunters Safety Course. Being a long time bowhunter I do understand both sides of the crossbow debate. But they are here to stay and I've learned to accept that and even hunt with one myself.

The process for getting medical release is not easy. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
ATbuckhunter
As long as they take the bowhunting safety Course and get medical clearance that confirms they can not use traditional archery equip, I think it's fair to let them use a crossbow. I'm only against crossbows because people wouldn't practice with it and would have unrealistic expectations of them and will take marginal shots because of that. Obviously not all, but more people than with the more traditional bow hunters. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
