If that back tag belonged to the trespasser and you want to give him grief,give it to the local EnCon officer and let him know what your problem is,then take it from there

DEC cannot give out that information. Guessing you found the tag? So, I agree with what raymerlo said.

Pretty sure it was my neighbor and he post his property along our side but not the state land side. Plus he really pissed me off today

I'd give it to the DEC and let them handle it.

Why would you need his name? Others are right, report it and let DEC and EnCon deal with it.
