Does anyone cut their own arrows ?

I have used a copper tubing cutter it works well.

I don't think that I would like to try cutting carbons with a tubing cutter but whatever works for you . I can cut arrows to exact length with the saw .

Sorry eddie, I use the tubing cutter on aluminum arrows. Haven't stepped up to carbon yet. Aluminum still works for me.

Yea i cut my own and 5 other ppls arrows every year and fletch them. I got a good deal on an arrow saw years ago so i just use that.

I have tried a tubeing cutter & was told it can splinter/weaken the end of carbon arrows & makes them unsafe & they can split from the pressure of the rollers on the cutter.

dave corrected himself and mentioned that he uses a tubing cutter on Aluminum arrows only ( not carbons ) .
