New hunter

Any recommendations for guided waterfowl hunts? Any information about where to hunt waterfowl in fact would be great. I'm in unit 1C on Long Island. Planning on trap shooting more this year to get my skill up.

Cant help you with any guided hunts but a lot of guys on here from out that way. But I can tell ya asking a waterfowl spot to hunt without doing your own leg work is or probably not going to happen. Loose Lips Sink Ships..

Welcome to the forum, I don't really hunt birds, I shot way to many as a kid!

Welcome, I don't hunt ducks anymore because I don't enjoy being cold and wet. I now get my bird shooting fix by shooting crows. Don't need to get wet way cheaper and they taste about the same.

Hummm sounds interesting. Never considered that. So much stuff to learn. Kind of wish I was brought up in a hunting family

Have you tried crow? I had it at a wild game dinner. Weird taste.

Welcome John.....Try www.huntfishny.com there on Long Island I've done hunts with them and was very successful. Good luck
