European mounts

Anyone ever get a hydro dip skull mount. A friend of mine does them and he does a great job.

Does he do the removal of everything or do you just drop off the skull after it's cleaned?

He did one for me last year and it turned out great. He can put it on a plaque if you want and he has different style plaques. He had quite a few when I took him mine last year. He doesn't really advertise but I will ask him if he wants me to put out some contact info and see if he wants more business. I'm sure he would

Im on the fence with the hydro dip skulls.. Here is a question . If you put LED lights in it would the print light up. or would it be dependent on the print. Cause if thats the case I think some barbed wire dip might look kinda cool.

I went with a snow camo. I don't know why the pics are sideways but oh well

snow camo good choice. put a battery operated LED in it  then turn the lights off. then let me know what it looks like I wired mine with addressable LED lights. it uses a  FM remote.

   I don't know where you are but there is "Sisson Outdoors" in Alden , NY on rt.  20 (Broadway)  He also have a FB page. He did mine last yr. He also has many patterns.

Thanks. That is a good one too. I like the snow camo because it seemed to stand out better than the darker camo. If I get one this year I might go with a lighter colored camo pattern. I actually like this style mount just as much as a full head mount

Had a blaze orange camo done a few years back from a guy just starting out. Turned out pretty nice, did the orange since it was shot during gun season.

I will try to get a hold of him tomorrow and see if he minds me giving out some contact information. I don't see why he would. It would just give him more business. He has a nice little shop behind his house where he does it all. I don't know how he finds time to do it but he does. He is a police officer, a fireman, and a emt. Also has two boys in school that are in sports.

That's cool looking. another reason why I went with snow camo is because it was pretty much a freaking blizzard when I shot that one! Second day of gun season last year.

I got the skull back from the buck I shot opening day. I'm very happy with the way It came out. I still like the snow camo better though

Found a guy just south of Albany and dropped off a 6 pointer and an 8 pointer !
