Working on a new prosthetic arm

New arm is home.  Clear arm is gone.  I ended up going with camouflage woven carbon fiber.  The arm is light, and strong.  We countersunk a magnetic plate into the forearm so I can stick my phone to it, or anything thats able to stick like screws/bolts, wrenches/sockets, etc.  This was their first attempt at something like this.  I wanted it for vacation, so they want it back in Utah soon to put another coat of epoxy/resin on it to achieve a mirror-like finish.  Once that is done, I plan on have it wrapped with automotive paint protection film.  Pretty happy so far! The carbon really pops in sunlight.

really looking Bionic with that one buddy.  Glad it finally came in. This one have any upgrades in tech or is it similiar to what your used to.  Got to imagine there is a learning curve to figure out use of a new one.

Same tech, I find the operating system to be the best, and most practical.  No new learning curve at all.

That’s a sweet looking rig. When you say new arm, does that include a new hand or
Is that same hand with the trigger finger?
I gotta hand it to ya, the Magnet is a helpful thought I would think.

Thanks! Just new from wrist to elbow.  The hands, and attachments are big money, so they get continued use, until they are truly shot.  Magnet will be pretty great I think!
