Try hiring someone to carry shingles up a ladder for you. It's been years since I've met an American kid who will even think about that kind of work.

That’s so,sad. One of my first full time jobs at 18, was loading pots for sandblasters , 100 pound bags, 5 per pot , kept two pots running all day .

Structural painting  company worked 60 hours a week , and sometimes three weeks before I got a day off . I loved it made good money , felt like a bad ass .

From there I went to work for a mechanical contractor working for oil companies , pipe line work , remodeling gas stations , building dikes around tanks , lots of jackhammering and bull work .

I made over 2x what my friends were making , I was fit ,tan and had a pocket full of money .

The communist said they would destroy America from within.  I saw this during the Vietnam War with the corrupt military and politicians, and the anti-freedom Americans who would bend over for the Communists.  I remember the “excuse” some would say “Well I would serve IF America was attacked.”  Really?  September 11, 2001 proved that these same wimp commie sympathizers taught their children NOT to serve since I do see lines of young Americans lined up around the block to get into military recruiting stations.
