My buddy has hunted on and off all this week, and has yet to even see a deer.

Tough hunting in the Helderbergs area of 4-H right now.

I have been seeing the same little doe every night it seems could be a different deer each time (hoping) I guess. I see him/her same time same place everyday. Saw a dandy eating in the field weds night. Huge body with a decent rack. No care just munching away.

Saw nothing until I walked out at dusk--saw one doe feeding across the road

Sherlock is only about 10 to 20 miles as the crow flies from me I think, but his part 4h looks a bit different than mine!  I question my decision making.
