It will happen for you. This was the 3rd house we put an offer on 1 refused offer,2nd got through inspection and needed to be completly rewired come to find out so we backed out, this one has had a few hiccups along the way but we got it done.

we two looked and looked for almost 3 years. We finally ended up with what we wanted. NO neighbors.and almost 42 wonderful acres. i just wish we could have closed before deer season is over. Not going to happen.
