So a neighbor stopped by and asked if I wanted a front leg of a deer he shot. I said "Hell yeah" and it's now in the freezer.

Nice!  Can’t say no to a bonus leg.  Iv got a buddy who struck out this season... if I get a deer this weekend, half will go to him.

You and I both got surprised with meat today! I got a voicemail from the butcher I had cut up my buck a month ago. He said he screwed up and missed a whole case of meat that’s mine. I’ll swing by tomorrow morning and pick it up.
