I have 2 summit vipers and maybe because I use them religiously it's become second nature but mine packs up really easy, quiet, the seat is like sitting in a recliner, only thing I added were padded backpack straps.

The Hazmore seat is nice for packing up and all, but the summit seat is way more comfortable...
