Only thing wrong with this meme is the description of it as being "New" as this be an OOOOOLLLLDDDD Lefty tactic!! A hackneyed trope which conjures up images of hordes white supremacists meeting in secret at midnight in some small backwater  Mississippi town to kidnap and murder innocent black people -yeah, right!!
