It does suck and it’s BS. That 2 bird Mallard limit will stay like this for a number of years also.

Are numbers that far down the limit was put on ? If numbers down , speculation as why ? No habitat I presume

The Eastern flyaway is the only ones Jay . Poor habitat and to many hens dying are the cause of this. Biologists say if the 4 bird limit stayed then years from now there would be none . It’s sad cause guys in the central flyaway with thousands of acres of corn they flood are blasting 4 mallards per guy everyday of the week.

They are saying the numbers are down and they're not sure why
