Ice storm.

Ok so we got a foot of snow  at my house as of  430 this morning . Town plowed one strip down the road and pushed 3 foot of snow into drive way. An hour later I had it open .  They left piles of snow in the end of my connecting roads.  I pushed through them with the truck  backed up a couple of times making a path for the wife  who was following  me out .   We both got to work  on time . Double the drive time for both of us .  I was amazed how little work was done on the roads at 6 am this morning  . One of the few things I dont mind my taxes being spent on .

Cny central - Syracuse news station- was on my road this morn interviewing people cause we had the most snow overnight in the area. Yeah we are the winners....????? Blah.

We ended up with 10-11 inches here.

All after school events cancelled!!! No practice for me(girls basketball coach) or kids (crew, voice, Bball). Still may need to take daughter to NYC as she is scheduled to sing with her group at Carnegie Hall later in the week so they need some final practice.
