Wait .... What..... You live right next to Erie and never got a walleye ...this can't be right.  And you fish Erie , never got one while bass fishing?  They don't fight like a bass but are def tastier. And I get them on light tackle so they do fight decent when u get a good one.
How can this be ...say it ain't so....
Refuses trips on the NymphO.... But gladly takes fresh fillets.....

Yup....My destroyer would pull into Newport Naval Base  every few months and tie up to the Destroyer Tender Puget Sound ( we called her the Pubic Mound) for repairs....I did my first salt water fishing from the destroyer piers there...Caught my first stripers and blues there, along with various sand sharks, skates, bergalls, eels and the occasional c**t cover flounder... The base also  had a nice gun club where we could shoot skeet and trap for about a dollar a round, including shells..

Everytime I go to Cape Cod I hear legendary stories about a guy named Pygmy playing tummy sticks for Provincetown Ferries. Not sure what sport it is, but sounds like your were a legend!

@treeguy took me and my nephew out for kings and as usual, he got on fish! It was a rough start but once we got ca056e70b7cac8cb64a78394c2e7871c.jpgon them it was fast and furious. We landed four and lost one at the net. What an awesome night, Zach was literally shaking when his first king came aboard. Finding those kings is a science and Andrew is a mad scientist! 26306475ed9a0af95326aec8743098ba.jpga138c4a1c0689d3c1245534689395af8.jpg07cd0a9ee66d04dcfcdfb789cdcfd167.jpgf8dfc1299038f19a30998abfb5aab15f.jpg

16.75 and 19.23 IIRC. The one lost at the boat was in that 19 class too. Palm Beach release, we werent killing him anyway

Haha, nice. If I was on that boat a steelhead would have been brought aboard.

You would be in Buff General on an IV right now to get your fluid levels back to normal
Agree. We wouldn't have left the harbor

We were greeted with solid 4's and a washing machine of water, while being hammered by 15+mph winds. Wet ride out !
