catskillkid
I can't speak for 4F, but you can shoot all the dogs you want in 4O in my part of the Catskills. Lot's of them, unfortunately I shot one while turkey hunting this past weekend Edited October 19, 2020 by catskillkid

Whatever zone you go to, do your best and have fun.
grampy
No matter what WMU you go to in Region 4 there are plenty of coyotes! Get after em and good luck!

UpStateRedNeck
There's a 3 legged one in 4H courtesy of my 10 mil last weekend if that helps, he might be a bit slow? Send as many as you can to the happy hunting ground!
