Bear Butchers For 2021 Season?

I am looking for bear butchers in the area of Albany and also in the area of Orange County.  Any suggestions appreciated.  Thanks!

I have butchered several..really, same cuts as a deer. I would inquire with deer butchers local to you to see if they can do it.. Think more roasts and sausage though, as you want it cooked well due to trichinosis risk.
