Agree 100% with the "Do hunt weekdays" section. it's almost like the deer need those 3-4 days from the weekend to re relax and move more on thursdays & fridays

Holds true on private land as well . Small Parcells lots of weekend pressure

Weekday hunting for sure.  There was no one where I hunt yesterday... but human sign in one of my favorite spots im sure from over the weekend.

I know land owners who hunt public land to escape neighboring land owners who bait, target practice during hunting season, run noisey assed 4 wheelers and dirt bikes all day long. Here in Ulster if you don't mind walking you can get away from everything on all the state land we have here

Thursday was always my go to day when I hunted public

I Hunt the nasty days when most dont wanna go out ..I've killed alot of deer on  rainy days just moving slow through the heavy pines. And if iam hunting stateland I try to get there before everybody else and go in as far as I can and let everybody push deer to me when they enter the woods late

Yup. I'm hunting tomorrow morning on private. There's a trail camera 65 yards from my spot. Both of us are legal. I don't bother on weekends there.
