ducks were going about their buisness when the hawks suddenly swopped in. hard to tell if the bird in the back was successful in grabbing something. the 2nd picture was captured 6 seconds after the 1st.

Its really cool to see. I had one land a fish four feet in front of me once. I was setting some crab traps for black fish bait and out of nowhere this hawk comes down from the other side of the salt marsh. I got two years off my life and he got lunch!!!!

Now that is really cool. Never would have thought they would go after a duck, but then again they use to kill the heck out of our chickens sometimes so I guess it only makes sense.
