This pic shows the creek to the den. The down tree is to my right. I do have two traps Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Def get that other trap in there .If you can make another good blind set where they are traveling to that tree,do that .Do you see a lodge at all ? rachunter
The water finally went down to where I could cross the creek safely. I set one trap back in the same spot and put one on a side run. The creek is to deep where I wanted to set it up. There where no branches so I added a few. Not sure if it will work. I’m going to give it a few days if nothing happens I’ll move one over to the other run. rachunter
The traps have been empty and untouched the last few days. I’m not seeing anymore cutting so I my have cleaned house. Finished off a skull yesterday. I went old school and used borax to clean it up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Versatile_Hunter
Is the meat as good as some claim it to be?
rachunter
Is the meat as good as some claim it to be?If I had to describe it in one word it would be “savory” The meat in the red bowl was fried in butter and had nothing but salt and pepper on it. That’s how I like to try meats for the first time. I did dip some in the sauce afterwards. I plan on making ether a Philly cheese or sliders out of the package defrosting now.
