Issues sending images

So I'm trying to send another member of a really  big buck he would probably enjoy seeing. However i can't seem to send the picture through a private message. Any help would be great.

I’ve had the same issue .I’m not too tech savvy though .

Not a matter of tech savviness. It can’t be done. Either a bug or it’s been disabled.

I can only send after piggy backing off an old PM...can't find one a member sent me either. I got an email i received a message, just can't find it anywhere.

I'm having issues with messages. If I open them through my phone notification when I first get it I can read it and reply. When I close the message it disappears and can't find it anywhere again.
