Had some delicious smoked baby back ribs last night. Dry rubbed them and then smoked for 2.5 hours, then slathered them in BBQ sauce, wrapped them up in foil and put them back in for another hour. Meat fell off the bone, and was perfect! Cant wait to have the leftovers tonight....

They sound good have'nt had rib's in a while.Leftover's are the best,enjoy.Tonite will be having pork loin mashed potatoes fresh assparagus.and a cherry pie for dessert Yummy
