  1. Anyone else eating right and hitting the gym or doing some sort of training? ive been dieting for 2 weeks and back in the gym. Im joining Golds gym with my buddy, planet Fitness by myself just do do cardio every morning and i also started training MMA (Brazilian Jujitsu & Muay Thai) im so pumped! Since my diet i lost 10 lbs (prob water weight) but its a start. I was 180lbs down to 170 @ 5' 7"... i have been training with my buddy who is 6' @ 290lbs. Him and i go live 3 minute rounds on the mats, I deff come home with new bruises every time LOL. i love it tho. im amazed how good i hold up with him even tho he has 110 lbs on me. he has also been training for 4 years on and off and i am only 3 weeks in... i like rolling around being the under dog, makes me push myself. But in any event my goal is 160-165 at around 7-8% body fat. Its a big goal as i never really have been lean enough to have been cut up the way i want to but this year is different! Hope everyone trying to get in shape is doing good and stick with it! good luck

  3. Cool yote. The article is wrong though, Western yotes do sometimes have different color coats. Ive seen videos of guys taking them out west.

  4. This email may be a hoax, but his socialist platform is real. Can you believe in socialism? Obama has showed us what he can do as president, nothing, except damaging health care , rammig it down, the American publics throats. This countrys campaining has become a celebrity contest. What's happen to the real issues, this country is facing? All have been clouded by nonsense. All for the news media benefit.

  5. Sorry I missed this first time around... Life member here. Funny thread really. A $600 suit is a rather cheap one...... But what really gets me is the " no sporting use,hunting use" stuff. Well OK the 2nd Amen. is not about those , so whats your point ? Yes i don't agree 100 % with them, but I have yet to find anyone or thing I agree 100% with including my wife, but she and the NRA are the best Ive found .

I'm a walker, a kayak fisherman, and do a lot of light weight exercises and many bodyweight exercises(.I don't kayak much in the winter after the herring leave except to wach seals on calm days) I don't know how good this is for my body,but every year I try to break my previous totals on certain exercises.. On my 60 th and 61st birthdays it was one arm pushups (did 35 with my right arm)...I started feeling that too much so I do no more then 10 per arm now and just do more sets. At 62nd and 63rd birthdays it was regular pushups ( got to 110 this year, but I really felt it, so no more trying to break that). My brother is 65 and still competes in powerlifting.. So I guess your never too old to push... It sure was easier years back.. I wound up at the chiroprators a few times in the past years trying too hard I guess.
