I got out for a couple hours this afternoon at a dairy. Birds were hungry. Killed 38 pigeons and 12 crows over a feed bunker. Solo shoot. If my nephew was with me it would have been awesome. We killed about 300 pigeons and 100 crows this winter. We weren’t able to get out too much. Im hoping our sumner pigeon shoots over decoys is better than last year. Last year the wheat was not in the good shooting areas so we did not do well at all. No big 200 plus bird mornings.

I fly fished all winter for Ontario run steelhead and browns. Fished until the end of December for fingerlakes bows. Some of the stocked creeks near me are open year round. April first means crowded fishing will start. I never missed an opening day since I was 8 or 9 years old until sometime in my 30s. Now I work "opening day" and take my time off in the fall.

I am looking forward to doing a bit of spring fishing this year, Trout, white Bass and Walleyes will be on the agenda. Al

Funny how things cycle back to the better way

Just want to add a heads up, I have tried just about everything when it comes to Poison Ivy relief and healing, the stuff below has by far given me the best results. It is a jell wash that is something like lava soap with their proprietary concoction mixed in, picked it up on Amazon and from here on out I will not be without it in my medicine cabinet. Al
