It took an hour to figure out which harness the adapter goes to, I'm picking up the correct adapter on lunch. I brought the battery and charger to work and it's charging in my office right now!

I bought one from these guys: http://www.jerseyatv.com/Welcome.html $400 2 years ago. lots of problems, but it does run well now if I get it started. It was supposed to be a 70cc, I open up the crate and the motor says 107cc on the block. Apparently when they screw up a 70cc, they just bore it out to a 110. I guess I got a deal. -It was missing a swing arm bushing. I made my own - the alarm/remote kill or start system drains the (brand new) battery overnight, everytime and there is no pullstart! - the rear brakes overheat and lock up frequently. - I have spent more time tinkering with this thing, than the engine has run. (this is usually because I wait until the last minute to let my son ride it) - These ATV's are made by any factory in china and imported under multiple brand names (it's all the same s**t) - Most atv dealers will not work on them. - the petcock stripped the first day and leaked fuel. Then the carbeurator float got stuck many times, and leaked from the overflow. These are not ethanol friendly. I've had to take the bowl of many times and free the float. There's many websites that sell parts for them. Its just tough getting the right part for your exact quad. Many are the same with a different name and decals. After I actually take the time to dismantle the alarm thing, I do believe it will be less stressfull. It's all worth when I see my kid smile. Good Luck.

"Canned" hunts are not my thing. I'd rather go to the range and target shoot.

I'll be visiting family in Berne/Preston Hollow on Sunday. I was thinking of going up to Fish Creek Pond or somewhere in the 'Dacks, but that means I'll have to wire the brake controller on our new towing vehicle tonight! Why does fun always have to be so much work?

How many of those jobs in mind do you have that require a 5-6 year degree for less than what people can make at McDonalds as an assistant manager LOL...maybe the best and brightest aren't going into teaching then. Obviously! hehehehe! -
I emailed my congresswoman, Nan Hayworth. https://hayworth.house.gov/contact-me/email-me The way it's set up, you enter your information and they email you back, so I can't show exactly what I wrote. I asked 1) Why is gas so expensive 2) who is responsible 3) is there bribery and who is guilty 4) What can we do to solve the problem. This is the response I received: May 3, 2011 Mr. FUDD Dear ELMER: (< LOL!) Thank you for your correspondence regarding the rising price of oil. It is an honor to serve the Nineteenth Congressional District of New York. Your thoughts and concerns are important to me. In the wake of recent turmoil in the Middle East, the price of crude oil has risen to more than $100 per barrel. According to AAA, as of May 3, 2011, the national average price for a gallon of regular gasoline is over $3.96, and this number continues to rise. Increasing gas prices threaten to restrain economic growth, because they translate into higher prices for goods and services such as food prices, transportation prices, commodity prices, and heating prices. As Congress considers various solutions to this problem, including diversifying our energy sources, we must work to reduce our dependence of foreign oil. Additionally, we must not impose additional unnecessary mandates to restrict oil and gas exploration in the United States. I believe the Obama Administration should do what it can to promote the development of domestic sources of oil. Such actions will empower the American economy, strengthen energy independence, and create jobs. Thank you again for contacting me. I appreciate hearing your views. Please visit our website at www.hayworth.house.gov for more information, and feel free to contact our office should you have concerns in the future. Sincerely, Nan Hayworth, M.D. Member of Congress NH/EOB :

Hmmm. Storage seems like a good idea. I can't wait to get these. http://www.shotgunshellchristmaslights.com/Shotgun-Shell-Christmas-Lights-LED-LITSSXLED.htm The salesman at the dealer told me to always tell people that it's my first time camping because people love to help set you up. Haven't tried it yet.

Rob, have you watched "Mounted in Alaska" ? It's on History Channel right now. Reality show about taxidermy. Pretty cool.

Checked mine the other day. No mice, no leaks. Tires and roof look good. I didn't open the beds though. I took some pix.

Pats post went over MY head. The recent banter on the other threads creates more bs for you mods. I'm pointing out that the mods have been busy. Not telling you to take a break. Chill out!
-
At least I admit when somethings over my head. Gotcha.
-
Not even maybe. It was meant to lighten everyone up a little. No one referred to the other threads until you posted. I think you jumped the gun. Notice how I didn't say anything about legal shooting hours? I'm actually with NYantler on that topic. I tried to keep it broad. Pat, you def. Take things off topic a lot. No offense. Its hard to understand you sometimes. I don't understand what you mean by the favorite beer thing? Care to elaborate? WNY, sorry if I offended you. I think you did track a deer this past season and that's quite respectable. You need a break from all the moderating going on. I posted the thread in general hunting because it was a joke about hunting BTW. Feel free to edit the post and truthfully, do you really think that's not funny? Tell the truth! So when's anyone going to do another bud light commercial? Gotta do one about the guy that uses too much scent. Lighten up...

My registration says 3600lbs. I'm looking into a vehicle that tows 4500lbs and I have a w.d. hitch. Do you guys think thats pushing it considering 4 passengers and equipment would take the GVWR and trailer weight up a bit? I'm pretty sure the sticker inside says an even higher weight.
