    That's cool to see a deer do that, wish we could see his face. Lol. There is an old farm up the road that has wild pears, they are ok but have tough thick skin but are round and green. Deer love them

    OK so through a family member i was given a price per pound hanging weight for a quarter. Never buying it i thought it was a great price, he said take home would be about 120 pounds. Then he said there is a process fee, That is what i think is changing my mind. The price per pound would still be less than your price and less than Steve's link.

    I honestly can't wait for deer season to be done. I want to take my dogs hunting and not worry about some idiot shooting them. I have some maintence work that needs to be done on my stand. I learned I need a blind in a certain spot, so while there is not snow now leaves I would like to clean that area up.
