    I think it was too long and she talked more than she needed to. We don't need to know the weight of her vehicle and what the mud does to it. We don't need to know about the state dirt road. The sun wouldn't be in her eyes if she wore a hat with a brim... Baseball hat. Not sure what I missed after that

    I started him out at 280 for 3 hrs then 325 for hour. It's a big mess for little meat
