They say 90% of diets fail . Eating heathy is about heath not much to do about your weight really your body will store fat if you have those genetics anyway . That being said you still have to try anyway to keep it down as much as possible .

Then others that are very active and don't eat much and they are still fat then some also get fatter with age even if they don't eat much .
