Funny how when fear starts to set in the minds of some people over this election the only way to make yourselves feel better is through nit picking and twist of words of what the intentions and said words are meant to be. I also find it humourous that these same people sit on there ass and copy paste quote and use thoughts from other people instead of there own words. But when someone who actually employs and has made him self succesful so his or her employees can also feed there families its finger pointing and redicule time. I also find it funny that while you sit there and bash an employer you find no ill feelings for cashing that paycheck you get every week that these people made happen for you. And yes I own 2 businesses myself. Started both from nothing but my own money I earned from being an employee. I can damn well tell you that business was much more profitable before the socialist mentality took office and deemed it necessary to micro manage americans. Until some of you sit in the employers chair, realize this isnt your 9 to 5 job you had way back when, worry for every employee that is relying on your success to provide a paycheck and the work for them all I can say is SHUT THE HELL UP! Cause you dont have a clue!

This is rediculous. Some of the dumbest things I have ever heard just came from this thread. So its okay for us to support the illegal immigrants and send them back to there own country on our dollar? They come here illegally, work under the table obviously, take jobs away from americans, and now you want to patch them up on our dollar and then ship them back home on our dollar as well? That is messed up thinking when we have americans right here that do not even have that luxery. The liberal mentality is just amazing and so rediculous at the same time. -
Nope, used to in the younger begining years. That was until a buddy came back from hunting at camp with a a nasty cut and a sliced string after taking a spill with a nocked arrow. If you come upon a deer anyways and dont have the time to pull an arrow out of your quiver and nock it, well I think you probably wouldnt have the time to raise your bow and make an ethical shot to begin with. Just my opinion but why take a chance of a broahead stuck in you? Play it safe and smart is what I think.

Heard over the weekend a 350lb one was getting butcherd over the weekend from 7j. I recall reading and article that there were 200 reported being killed this year out of 7j in Cortland county. I will go digging and see if I can find that article again.

Well Sampotter I looked at that video again, a little more closely after your last post. That doe is doing the back leg 2 step with tail out. Did not notice all that first time. Seems something is heating up her loins lol.
-
So you took 2 steps off the front proch of your house and shot a doe in your front yard? Hmmmmmm
-
You sold a girls bow to a guy? LOL just messing with you Grow. Nice job, bet that put a smile on his face.

If he lost intestines he is down for the count. Give it all you got and then some tomorrow, walk grids, get help, call in the dogs, dont give up yet. Its a cold night.

Well mine were for a fall planting and what they havent eating are still green. But I dont hunt over my foodplots anyhow. I was more curious about if they eat the chaff leftover from harvesting a farmers field that borders my land. I actually watch the property for him and have had permision to hunt it for many years. As this is not a piece of land he lives on. This field has got to be every bit of 30 acres.

I will not bowhunt in the rain. The risk of not recovering a deer in the rain from a bad shot is just not worth it ever. One can be as picky about shot placement and only take the perfect shot in the rain and you would be fooling yourself if you think your % rate of something going wrong with that shot isnt there. We all read story after story of people tracking deer on here for hours and hours with no recovery in good weather, now factor in no blood trail left after it as washed away. Seems quite silly to me. Not worth losing game over the desperation of I got to shoot one. Bowhunting is first on the seasons list, theres plenty of time left.

I see a doe walk by the camera and then a buck look towards the camera and trot away. If you had that buck up the deers backside then I would be more content on saying yeah maybe. This does not mean the doe is in heat either, could be the buck is starting to get excited and the doe having no interest. Just not enough evidence in the video for me to think the heat is on. I had real early scraping activity this year, then it went dry. Just yesterday I started seeing scraping again here in the northern zone and having a camp down souther tier and live in northern it seems the rut is always earlier in the north than the south. Interesting none the less. You could have an early doe or you could have nothing but a buck and doe on camera. Not enough to judge for this hunter.

I looked and there are a few, not very many though. Probably in a 20 foot square I found like 3 or 4. Was a brand new John Deere dont know if its a flex header or combine though. So the correct term is chaff then. Learn something new every day. Do the deer eats the beans? I planted soybeans in one foodplot for first time and the plants are still green but starting to turn and the deer are just mowing down the leaves and stems and leaving the beans on the stalk.

That is identical to my Browning illusion in every way that is 4 years old. Doesnt look like they made any changes to the Browning line other than a label. My favorite bow I have owned and I have had quite a few.
-
No there are zero plants left. Cut right at the ground. For a lack of a better term there is basically silage spewed all over the field. Was hoping someone knew if deer ate the silage leftover. Guess I will put a trail cam up on the field and see.
-
Anyone have any insight on if deer will get into a harvested soybean field? I was watching a field get harvested tonight, harvester cuts the plant down crushes/cuts, seperates beans and spits the rest out the back. Was wondering if the deer eat the scraps.
-
Is that a Browning bow made by PSE before they got cut off?
-
Comgrats! Never seen a 3 legged doe with nuts before lol. Just bustin on you! Happy eats!
-
Thiefs suck! I think they are selfish, jealous elitist that cant afford their own trail cams.
-
See what those evil foodplotters are doing to these deer! Feeding them to death! I better go plow mine under in the morning.
-
You check under the tail? Wouldnt surprise me is it was shot there.
-
Read the directions and watch the video your new stand came with to know how to use them safely. Suprised you did not say use a climbing harness and a safety harness. Know your target and what the hell is behind the target your shooting at. Always carry a compas or a gps dont care who you are or how long well you know the area theres always that chance of getting turned around. Use your brain if you think its not safe its not safe. Just a few more for your list.

LMAO wow unreal another Moutain Lion hoax busted. Do people really have nothing better to do than make them self look like an ass when the truth comes out. Kind of like shooting the next state record buck from a deer farm and claiming it was legit. Unreal how dumb some people are for there 5 minutes of fame they desperatley need.
-
LOL sure doesnt take a rockets scientist to figure out the weather forcast for a planned hunting trip does it?
-
So if any of you need to know what the weather forcast is calling for just drop me a message. If Im going hunting its gonna rain, if Im going to work its going to be sunny. Never fails.
