I will be making some venison chili and probably be watching the game alone . Many folks like to drink and party then have to go to work in the am . Often several accidents when people are driving home from a friend's house . I'll take my chances alone .

Checked my 2 trail cams in Walworth today . There are some deer around . Still more night pictures than daytime .

What is on my Bucket List is to shoot a buck like this ........

If it's anything like Hotdogs , SPAM & TREET are made from "Lips and A-holes" according to the movie "The Great Outdoors" starring John Candy .

I havn't has SPAM in years . Fried SPAM sandwiches were great . TREET is similar to SPAM .

74 years young and I will be 75 September 5th ........ Shot woodchucks for farmers when I was a kid . Got my 1st hunting license in 1965 , when I was 24 , a couple years after I got out of the Marine Corps . My father in law wanted to deer hunt again and needed someone to hunt with him .

More from the same camera . The camera is aimed toward a scrape that is made there almost every year . Changed batteries on 3 cams .

I have had this Camera in the same tree in a hedge row for 4 or 5 years . The deer are used to it .

Most of the activity was from my SIL's horse going to the creek . He is real nosey .

I have gotten rid of several spammers and banned them and removed their posts when I find them . Keep in mind the Mods / Admins are not on here 24 / 7 . Some of you also give us a heads up . One of the worst ones lately is the clown with Visas , birth certificates , etc that are phoney .

We often have family reunions during the summer . At Thanksgiving we have our 5 kids and their families as well as 2 sister in laws and a couple others . That makes 25 - 30 folks at dinner . It's a lot of work . I am 74 and my wife is 73 with no kids at home . We enjoy dining out with friends on a Friday night and doing breakfast on a Saturday and Sunday mornings at local restaurants . Sometimes we may have a brunch or dinner at someone's house and take turns doing this . So , I guess a few couples from our church have become the Family Dinner . When you are eating with the same person night after night , it's nice to get out and see and hear from others .

If Phil comes out and sees his shadow , there will be 10 more weeks of Basketball ..........

If it hadn't been for the Blaze Orange I wouldn't have spotted him . Congrats .

I switched from Aluminun arrows years ago and never looked back . The only time I ever had a carbon come close to shredding was when I had a misfire in the basement and the arrow went into the cement block wall . I have some aluminum arrows that I never shot but the vanes have deteriorated over the years .........

A couple months ago I was stopped by a State Trooper because I had a Tail light out on my trailer . I had a guncase in the back seat covered with a blanket . The Trooper asked if I had a gun in the case . I said yes and did she want to see it . She told me no that it was okay . The case was locked and the gun had a trigger lock on it . Bullets were in my back pack .

I got away from using salt on my eggs in the am and started using Frank's Hot Sauce . Most foods have a lot of salt in them .
